Rates 2018/2019

Rates include :
Linen of bed (double king size bed 180cm and sofa bed 140cm), linen of bath and kitchen.
Rates do not include :
The end of stay cleaning 50 euros.

Schedules of arrival and departure

Check-in : From 4pm - Check-out 10am at the latest

The schedules of arrival or departure, the lengths of stay can possibly be modifiable according to the availability of rent. Do not hesitate to contact us to tell us your wishes.
In case of delay, thank you for contacting us by telephone.

Payment

Bank transfer,french check, cash

- A 30% advance payment will be asked you to confirm the booking. In case of cancellation by you, all the deposit (30%) will be completely refunded.
- A damage deposit of 200 euros will be asked you too on your arrival and returned in your departure if any damage is noticed.
- The payment is made upon you arrival.

Use of the holiday cottage

An inventory will be made upon your arrival et for your departure.
For the comfort and the well-being of the hosts who succeed you, the apartment is non-smoking.
No pets.
